We are wholesale only. To purchase, you must have an account with us. You can download an account application from the Contact page.

We currently serve Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Alaska, and British Columbia.

Our terms are C.O.D. until credit is established. Visa and MasterCard are welcome. After credit approval, all payments are net 10 days with a 2% per month late fee on balances carried for more than 30 days. In the unlikely event that collection proceedings are necessary, the buyer agrees to pay all extra costs incurred.

Price lists are available to existing customers and those wishing to open a new account only. The minimum order for delivery is $350.00 excluding feeder items. Any pick up orders under $50.00 will incur a $10.00 handling charge. African Northwest boxes returned in reusable condition are refundable.

Common carrier shipments are freight collect with the following box charges:

BX0002        $6.00 per Styrofoam box - $3.00 Refundable
BX0004        $7.00 per Double Winter Pack box - $3.00 Refundable
BX00SA       $5.00 per non – refundable Small Animal Shipping box
BX00SA1    $18.00 per Plastic Animal Shipping box - $14.00 Refundable
BX00HP      $1.00 per Heat Pack - Non Refundable
BX00IP        $1.00 per Ice Pack - Non Refundable

All common carrier shipments are at consignee risk and expense. Claims must be filed with carrier if problems are due to handling of shipment en route. If minimum delivery order is met there is no delivery fee or box charge for shipments carried by African Northwest.
